A Scottish woman who had been reported missing in Morocco has been found safe, according to her family. Rachel Kerr, a 31-year-old travel influencer from Alloa, had been staying in the coastal city of Agadir before losing contact with her relatives on April 25.
She had been lodging at a three-star all-inclusive hotel, Caribbean Village, but checked out over the weekend. Following her departure, her phone was switched off, raising concerns among family members.
After several days without communication, her family confirmed on Thursday evening through social media that she had been located and is now with her brother.
Earlier, the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office (FCDO) stated that it was supporting the family of a British woman reported missing in Morocco.
